Welly, a 5 piece band from Southampton recently performed at Reading and Leeds Festival 2024, sharing their unique and fun sound with festival goers. Welly, Joe and Jacob have been playing music together since school. They met Matt and Hannah in Brighton whilst studying at University – and the band was formed. Named after the frontman, Welly.

Dubbed ‘Brit-pop’ ‘Sarcastic Pop’ and just plain outrageous fun, Welly’s lyrics are witty and funny – and the band shines most when playing live. Living for the little moments, they don’t take themselves seriously and continue to make music by loving the adventure.

Welly released a new single out today called ‘Cul-De-Sac’, described as an “anti-suburban love song.'”
