L. A based artist Jordan Hawkins has just released his first single, ‘EMOTIONS’, released on February 5th. Mirroring his other songs, ‘Emotions’ is driven by a slow romantic rhythm with a trending beat. Jordan infuses R&B and Rock and Roll into one masterpiece. Watch the music video below:
Jordan was born and bred in Greensboro, North Carolina, but now resides in the infamous Los Angeles. His music is uniquely crafted with a distinct style. A mellow touch of R&B/Rock Roll, skilful guitar riffs and an angel-like voice accompany his talented vocals alongside catchy songs. The Rnb edge gives it a 90’s nostalgic vibe, which makes sense since his cover of Aaliyah’s ‘One In a Million’ global hit went viral on social media; you can watch it on Instagram here.
The single ‘Emotions’ is just as creative as the visualiser, with a very dimly lit sensual environment covered in candles and smooth cinematography that is simple yet captivating.
