ASBO Magazine is thrilled to host the exclusive video premiere of ‘All The Same (La Di Da)’. Check out the visual below and witness the unapologetic, fresh energy of a band currently riding a massive wave of momentum.

Fresh off a whirlwind US tour that saw them tear through SXSW, The New Colossus Festival, and Los Angeles, London’s premier gritpop 5-piece Sweet Unrest are back with a vengeance. Their latest single, ‘All The Same (La Di Da)’, is a fuzzy, high-octane anthem that signals a massive 2026 for the band.

Produced by the heavyweight Luke Burgoyne (The Libertines, Louis Tomlinson, Declan McKenna), the track perfectly bottles the band’s chaotic live energy. It’s a sharp pivot from the tender tones of their previous release ‘Sometimes’, trading vulnerability for a biting, distorted edge that sits somewhere between 90s alternative grit and polished indie-pop.

Frontman Jack River, whose raspy, unmistakable vocals anchor the track’s driving guitar and punching percussion, describes the single as a jaded, cynical "anti-romance diss track."

"It’s a response to reaching your wits’ end when someone is constantly trying to change you," says River. "Not holding back on the humour, it makes light of the stupid arguments couples have. It’s about affirming yourself in the face of someone who doesn’t respect you. Fighting fire with fire."

However, the track offers more than just finger-pointing. In a self-aware twist during the bridge, River admits that no one is truly innocent. "The pointed fingers retract and point at the singer. We’re all as bad as each other—all the same, and all have the capacity to be insufferable."
