’When I made this song, I felt lost and isolated. I wanted to take the idea of walking through a rainforest and use it to symbolise how I felt at the time. My emotions are quite complex and multi-faceted, and in many ways, it feels similar to how a rainforest has so many layers and so much depth to it. The idea of its unpredictable climate felt like the perfect way to mirror the unpredictable nature of those feelings’’
