HALFHEAD IS A RAW, UNFILTERED POST-PUNK TRIO CARVING A FINE LINE BETWEEN NOISE & NUANCE. FUELED BY DISTORTED BASS, PRIMAL RHYTHMS, AND A SEARING REJECTION OF SOCIETAL ILLUSION, HALFHEAD IS MORE THAN A BAND — IT’S A CONFRONTATION.

2. For someone that is yet to discover you, how would you describe your music?

Cracked loud and honest!

3. What inspires you as a Band?

Looking out a bus window or even walking down the street and taking every little single thing in, plus the tsunami which is the post punk scene

4. What Is Yor Pre-Show Routine? Whose The Diva In The Band?

Pre show routine will have to consist of a large speaker with the gypsy kings hoosiers and bleed from within coming out of it and yoga

5. Where do you feel you fit into the music landscape?

We’re a fine line between punk and post punk, we have the energy and the force to be reckoned with factor with a smidgen of social commentary

6: What are your favourite musical genres, and are there any you dislike?

Everything to do with punk not including pop punk

7. Is there a story behind the new single 'PHANTA-C'

It’s the unbridled feeling of being severally fed up with modern constraints and societal labels that have been forced upon us

8.What would you say is your greatest strength as an artist is ?

Being able to compromise and find a solution to creating the sound we have in our heads, that eventually everyone will get to hear

9. What would you say is your greatest weakness an artist?

Spelling!

Raw chaos that puts the world on blast

Three main ones stick out to us and it is IDLES, Viagra boys and Sleaford mods

Chappelle roan

13. What was your worst performance?

Very lucky not to have one yet

14: What was the most difficult obstacle you have ever faced and how did you overcome it?

Finding a lead singer and we just waited patiently for him to reveal himself in the band

15: What is your creative process when making music?

Bassist creates a concrete bed that we all can make our musical foundations on, singer writes a library worth before we go in the studio and the drummer has a clear picture of the beat from the get go
