London Indie Supergroup myohmy Drop Debut Single ‘Berlin’ Ahead of Soho Summer Residency

W: Mandy Morgan

London alternative-pop four-piece myohmy have officially arrived, dropping their debut double A-side single ‘Berlin / Broken’ via Globe Town Records, alongside a dark, brooding cinematic visual for lead track ‘Berlin’.

While it's their first official release, the band is already a formidable force. Fronted by Tycho Jones and backed by a stellar lineup featuring Amelia Lawn, Jagun (formerly of Whitelands), and Sian Lynch (formerly of Picture Parlour), myohmy craft synth-led alternative pop laced with a raw, intimate, and cinematic atmosphere.

Speaking on the debut single, the band says:

"‘Berlin’ uses the city as a metaphor for the moment a relationship ends and a new life begins—that first step into the unknown, exhilarating and exposing in equal measure."

Despite just stepping into the spotlight, myohmy have quietly built a fiercely loyal subculture. From packed-out Dalston club nights and weekly livestreams to a 600-strong Discord community, fans are already driving the band's identity through fan art, edits, and shared belonging.

To celebrate the launch, myohmy are set to take over London's nightlife with a summer residency at Coven—the hot new Soho venue occupying the legendary former GAY site on Old Compton Street. The residency kicks off this weekend on June 27.

With a larger project on the horizon and a rapidly mobilizing fanbase, myohmy are primed to reshape London’s indie-pop landscape.
