Building on the massive wave of momentum sparked by standout singles 'The Fall' and 'You Are', Limerick-born, Dublin-based five-piece THEATRE have officially arrived. Fast becoming figureheads of Ireland's explosive emerging music scene, the quintet have whipped up a storm of excitement with their gorgeous, emotive melodies and the stunning, evocative vocals of frontwoman Maeve.

‘Incarnate’ is a deeply personal body of work focused on memories from the band's formative years in Limerick. Allowing the city to shape them—often through dark times—these raw, lived experiences bleed beautifully into their music. Just as specific tracks reflect on the people who left a mark on their lives, the EP serves as a powerful, understated ode to the permanent imprint Limerick made on the band.

“‘Incarnate’ feels like the physical embodiment of what our band has been for us over the past few years,” reveals frontwoman Maeve. “These are some of the first songs that we wrote together, but they have gone through an evolution after touring them for so long. They follow the theme of a changing person, someone who has two sides to them. As a whole, this EP is a presentation of our work finally in the flesh, real and ready. We’ve waited a long time to bring them out to the world in their truest form.”

Gearing up for a massive summer on the festival circuit, THEATRE are ready to capitalise on a stellar track record that already includes high-profile support slots with English Teacher, Shame, and Westside Cowboy, alongside sold-out headline shows in London at Third Man Records and The Elephant’s Head.

Over the coming months, they will bring their electric live show to major stages alongside the likes of Wunderhorse and Lewis Capaldi. Fresh off the back of announcing a headline UK tour for this October, you can catch THEATRE live at these major summer dates:
